We played this with just the bride. I interviewed the groom (my brother-in-law) the night before and my sister was going crazy trying to find out what the game was. We didn't use all of the questions on the sheet, though. Some we changed to fit their relationship, and we even added a few of our own. I changed it up and modified it so that with every question the bride got wrong, she had to chew a piece of bubble gum. She ended up getting about 10-13 answers wrong and had a huge mouthful of bubble gum. It was great for everyone because the bride (my sister) kept wanting to chastise her fiance for her wrong answers. And it gave everyone a chance to get to know the bride and groom better on a fun level.
Very fun game to put bride and groom in the hot seat!

This game really broke the ice at our "couples shower." It was very funny to see the bride and groom in the hot seat.

Everyone truly loved! Easy game, Enjoyable. Not only do we learn more about the bride & groom-to-be, but they learn from each other. Amazing. Also, a fast moving game. Very shower friendly.

I really liked the game. We asked them to bride at her bachelorette party. It made everyone laugh. I combined the naughty and nice versions, however I couldn't copy it or change it, so I had to pretty much retype it and change the questions that I didn't want. It would have been better to be able copy it because I had to e-mail the questions to the groom. Some of the questions don't pertain to couples that have lived together before marriage.
this are some of the questions that I added.
What is his favorite color?
Will his wife be getting him "one from the fridge" after they are
married?
What brand of beer does he drink?
What exact words did he say when he asked her to marry him?
What day did he say is their aniversary?
How many times does the groom fart a day?
What is his favorite meal that the bride has made?
What is the worst?
What was kind of animal was his first pet?
What is his favorite music group?
How did you meet?
How long were you dating before getting engaged?
All in all it is worth the price.
Enjoyable

Questions were expected ones...have to tell you tho, that the one that asks about the preferred amount of children neither bride nor groom wanted asked. They are not sure they will be able to have any, and with both sides of the family there, they didn't want to have to live with the answer for the rest of their marriage!

It went very well. We used all of the questions and maintained interest all the way through. The questions and answers resulted in lots of fun discussions.
This shower was done by the groom;s mother and friends so it was a way for the participants to get to know the bride better.

I created a PowerPoint for the game. There were three screens. One for thinking and it played the jeopardy game song. The second for a correct answer. And the third for wrong answer. At the beginning of the game, I gave the bride to be $50. If she got the answer correct, she kept the money for her honeymoon. If she was wrong, I took $10 for the "Help get your sister a man fund". The game was a hit. I even found music from the "Newlywed Game Show". If I had more time, I would have added my fiance's answers to the game. I taped him answering the questions, but I had some technical difficulties adding the video to the PowerPoint. It is easy to do, I just ran out of time.

This game was a great hit, but there are a few things you DEFINITELY need to keep in mind. 1. Don't do more than five-six questions each or the other guests will become bored. 2. Bring out other couples to compete with the bride/groom; we chose a couple married for 10 years, one for 25 years, and one for 35 years, which involved all age groups and made the game go from fun to hilarious. 3. Mix questions from both options to create the question format you want. 4. Have the initial persons being questioned write down their answer in Sharpie on paper. When the spouses return to give their answers, this gives the game validity and keeps really competitive couples from the temptation to cheat. 5. Pick an MC with a strong, projecting voice.

It was especially fun because the shower was given by the church and very few people knew the bride or groom well.

A very fun idea. This would have been more fun if I had planned in advance to videotape the groom's answers. I had to modify it a bit to get rid of the slightly raunchy questions inappropriate for my 80 year old aunties. Should be revised for a mixed audience, even though I did choose the "nice version."
Fun for everyone!

It would have been better for our situation to be able to change two of the questions because of sensitivity to their ages - however we couldn't copy it
or change it - so that was a problem. We worked through it which took time
and we purchased the game to save time.

The game was great...and such a crack up! We made the groom answer all of the questions the evening before the shower. At the Shower we asked the bride to answer the questions how she thought he answered them. For every answer she got wrong, we made her put a HUGE piece of bubblegum in her mouth. Needless to say, we took a a lot of pictures of her chewing TONS of bubblegum.

I really liked the ease of the instructions, the game page and the answer sheet. Honestly, looking for games for the shower was the last thing I wanted to do but thanks to your website and how user friendly it was I was able to have this part of the shower done in no time. I even had the groom read his answers out loud so that everyone could see how right or wrong he was in his answers, this one got a lot of laughs!

The bridal shower was a huge success. The games that were played were a big hit. Everyone attending the event got a great kick from Stephanie & Adam's responses. I'm glad these games were available on line. It made everything very easy.

The bridal shower was May 12th!!! It was a lot of fun and I owe it to you guys!!! The bride really enjoyed the games I purchased from your company and ended up finding out that she didn't know her groom as well as she thought!!
