We all enjoyed trying to figure out the answers and really liked learning how each tradition came to be. It will be much more meaningful to follow tradition now that we know why we're doing it.

I thought this game would go over well but it took guests awhile to complete and many said it was really hard. We gave out prizes for those that didn't miss many questions and it was hard to find many guests that did well on it.

Since there were older guests invited I thought this would be a very intresting game to play. But it was just the opposite, the younger people loved it and found it very challanging. No one however got very many of the answers correct

I thought this one would be too easy but we only had one winner. Lots of discussion with the answers as well as laughter. A real hit for all ages.

This game was a little challenging for most but a nice change from the same boring ones played at most bridal showers.

Many enjoyed learning the background to these customs, but several thought there too many choices and was visually too much. I would recommend the company reformat it to include several clusters of only 7-8.

I thought everyone would figure this out and had five prizes for the first five who got it all right. Surprisingly, no one got a perfect score. We had lots of mother-daughter combinations who were not all acquainted with each other, and the game made for good conversation-starters, too. Especially since some of us used slightly different traditions.

Guests thought it was interesting - some questioned the validity because of so many evil spirits answers

It was more of a personal reason as to why I wasn't in love with this game. There was more about warding off evil spirits than my guests would have liked to talk about. However, I think the idea behind the game is great. It would have been better if it were worded differently. I would order other games from this site. It gave me some great ideas to play at bridal showers!!! Ordering was super easy!

Some people liked it better than others. This web site was a huge help though. I didn't learn that I needed games or any entertainment until 2 hours before party. This worked out great!

Some of the guests thought this game was kind of difficult but most whizzed right thru it! We had several guests get all the answers right so we put their names in a bag and had the bride draw the name of the winner! We gave cookbooks as gifts for all the games. There was much discussion about the answers. A real icebreaker.

We probably should have given the guests more time. No one got them all correct. I do recommend givng a full 10 minutes. Be prepated for how quiet the room gets as everyone reads and concentrates...overall, it is a cute game.

While the bride was opening gifts, we kept things interesting and moving along by reading the questions out loud and asking the guests to guess the answer awarding prizes for the correct answer. Had lots of interest, a great way to fill in quiet and sometimes boring times for guests while the bride-to-be opens her gifts.

For those guests that had a background in Latin and Ancient Greece it was easy - many traditions originate from ancient cultures. Guests found it really interesting once they heard the answers. Guests competed to win because we gave movie tickets for prizes.

Interesting game that was not as silly as some and appealed to an older group. I am not sure that some of the answers were really the reason behind the traditions, but it made for conversation.

We found this game informational though you really had to concentrate to fill in the proper answers. If you have a group that doesn't mind taking the time to read each statement and use their power of deduction, this is the game for you!

This game was ok. It took all the older people (who on the reviews said the'd get in a heartbeat) but it took them 1 hour to answer the questions. Where as my young friend got it like that. They were all excited to guess but by the time the 1 hour was done they weren't even interested in the answers.
I'd possibly do this again but I think its to hard for people.

The guests were truly challenged by this game, but enjoyed it immensely. They were given a time limit and told that the first correct sheet would warrant a prize. This made the women really play the game seriously. We heard lots of conversation about the choices, and then the answers. There was also lots of laughter as the correct answers were read. Everyone loved it, and most had never played anything like it at any previous bridal shower!

This game was very fun! Everyone was laughing because we all thought we knew this stuff so well! Out of 22 guest only 1 person got 100%! It was also very fun to learn the REAL reason for some of the traditions that we all follow, before the wedding! We were able to expand and incorporate things into the wedding that we wouldn't have been able to without this game!

This was the best game. We played two and the first game was a 'freebie' No one paid much attention to it and talked more than they played. When it came to 'Why we do that', everyone was concentrating and the bride wanted us to wait while she finished, she was so 'in' to the game!!

The only thing about this game is it gets kind of long and if you have guests that do not like to do games, they may find it lengthy. HOWEVER it was REALLY neat to see the answers-and it got some good laughs out of people, too!

This game was one that NO ONE at our Shower had ever played before. Although it was a little tougher than most of the games on this site, we did have one person get EVERY SINGLE answer right! The guests were all laughing hysterically at themselves when the correct answers were finally revealed. This is definitely one to consider!
