great game for small parties

I purchased this game for a bridal shower for forty. The party didn't have that many people and I'm glad. This game never would have worked with that many people. It says it takes about 5-10 minutes, but we were able to stretch it out and last an hour. We had a great time laughing at everyone's answers- which we individually read aloud- and awarded prizes for the most unique answers. It was definitely a hit, an unexpected twist to the typical bridal shower game. Great pick; definitely recommend.

It was a fun game that everyone seemed to enjoy. It was nice to find a non conventional bridal shower game to play.

This game went over really well! We used the actual timer from Scattegories to add a little drama and make everyone really feel the pressure, ha-ha! This game did take a little longer than I would have liked, but everyone enjoyed it and we had some good laughs!

The guests really liked this game. There were lots of laughs and some people got pretty competetive, too. We only made it through 2 rounds because of the number of people, but enjoyed the last round with the family after all the guests left. I would definitely use this game again at another bridal shower. Thanks for a fabulous game!

Everyone loved this one-especially the bride. We gave her all of these papers so she could keep/remember everyone's answers. Guests really liked the opportunity to give some serious answers, but to also have the chance to make up silly, fun answers to get a laugh from the group.

This game sounds like so much fun!

I have not had the bridal shower yet. It is not til March 2010, but I like to have things ready early. But it sounds like so much fun. We will have different ages at the shower, so it should be a hoot. This is the 8th bridal shower I have given, all granddaughters. Have not used Scattergories game, but the girls all play the game. Rules of Play
